Job Description:
The Office Manager will be the go-to person for all office-related needs, ensuring a well-run, organized, and welcoming workspace. This role is perfect for someone with a "no task too small" mentality, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Operations: Maintain office organization, supply management, and overall tidiness.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, expense reporting (Tallie software), and general office tasks.
- Meeting Coordination: Set up conference rooms, greet guests, and handle logistics for in-office meetings.
- Facilities Management: Ensure the office is presentable, including tasks like running errands (e.g., FedEx drop-offs) and tidying up communal spaces.
- Culture & Engagement: Participate in and support internal events organized by the "Fun Committee."
- Executive Assistance Potential: Opportunity to grow into an assistant role supporting the VP of Operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ years of Office Manager experience in a professional setting.
- Technical Skills:
- MS Office Suite (Outlook) – Required
- Expense reporting software experience (Tallie preferred)
- Impexium (AMS software) – Nice to have, but not required
- Soft Skills: Highly punctual, adaptable, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Education: Not required.
- COVID-19 Policy: Must provide proof of vaccination.
