This role is critical in providing comprehensive support to the executive leadership team, ensuring smooth operations and effective time management. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
The Junior Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting senior leadership by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling travel arrangements, and providing high-level administrative assistance. This individual will act as a strategic partner to executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars and coordinating logistics
- Arrange and oversee complex scheduling for meetings, conferences, and travel plans
- Prepare meeting agendas, gather materials, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items
- Draft professional correspondence, including thank-you notes and stakeholder communications
- Research and coordinate venues for executive events, dinners, and meetings
- Manage internal and external communications on behalf of the executive team
- Assist with ad-hoc projects, including event planning and business development support
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and calendar management tools
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
