Job Description:
As a Legal Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the legal team by managing case files, coordinating client communication, and assisting with the preparation of crucial legal documents. Your organizational expertise will ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks, contributing to the firm's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage calendars, client appointments, and meetings.
- Act as a liaison to clients, providing timely updates on case progress.
- Process and maintain client billing details with accuracy.
- Organize and manage case documents, both electronically and physically.
- Assist in document preparation and case argument formulation for attorneys.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients, witnesses, and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5-10 years of legal administration experience in litigation, patent, or corporate law.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required).
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience in corporate litigation or patent law required.
- Must be eligible to work for any U.S. employer.
