Job Description:
The Marketing Assistant will play a critical role in supporting marketing strategies through research, campaign development, and data analysis. This position is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and ready to contribute to impactful marketing efforts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Analyze data to assess market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and revenue.
- Create reports, presentations, and visual data summaries for internal teams.
- Manage and promote social media campaigns and coordinate events.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling and CRM updates.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of marketing experience, including campaigns, social media promotions, and event coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus, though not required.
- Education: A degree is preferred but not required.
