Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical and account support across our suite of services. This role involves assisting customers and contractors via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service while collaborating with various departments to address customer needs effectively
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver knowledgeable technical assistance to customers and contractors through multiple communication channels.
- Update and maintain accurate customer information in internal systems during and after interactions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships by recognizing potential future needs and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Research and follow up on customer inquiries in a timely manner, collaborating with team members as necessary.
- Navigate and utilize various technology tools and resources to support customer interactions.
- Provide backup support for drug and alcohol testing procedures, including specimen collection, as defined by customer requirements.
- Manage time effectively to support diverse customer needs and contribute to team initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1–2 years in a customer support or related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat/PDF editing, and scanning tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Receptiveness to feedback and a low-ego approach to continuous improvement.

Work Environment
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.

- Ability to sit for extended periods.
