Job Description:
The Receptionist/HR Admin will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing administrative support to the HR department. This is a highly visible role requiring strong communication skills, a polished presence, and a willingness to learn and grow within HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, vendors, and answer incoming calls through Microsoft Teams.
- Maintain a polished front desk presence and professional office environment.
- Coordinate meeting room reservations, assist with event logistics, and organize catering as needed.
- Support HR with data entry, onboarding tasks, and administrative projects.
- Actively seek additional projects or ways to assist during downtime.
- Collaborate with receptionists at other locations for seamless communication.
- Train with HR team members to learn HRIS system (Dayforce) and HR processes.
- Help set up and assist during quarterly employee events and appreciation activities.
Qualifications:
- 0–3 years of administrative or HR-related experience.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable using Excel for formulas and tracking purposes.
- Professional, polished, and customer service-oriented demeanor.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and stay productive in a busy environment.
- Eagerness to learn and a strong desire to grow within HR.
