About Our Client:
Addison Group is hiring for our client, a well-established senior living organization with multiple locations in the Chicago area. They are dedicated to providing top-tier care and services to residents while fostering a collaborative and rewarding work environment.
Job Description:
The Procurement Manager will oversee purchasing operations to ensure the cost-effective and timely acquisition of essential goods and services. This role involves developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and maintaining regulatory compliance to support the highest standards of care for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with purchasing policies.
- Oversee inventory levels and coordinate logistics to ensure adequate supplies and timely deliveries.
- Monitor procurement budgets, track spending, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
- Foster cross-department collaboration and uphold corporate compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of procurement experience (Healthcare or Senior Living industry preferred).
- Bachelor's degree required; certification in procurement or supply chain management preferred.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, procurement technology, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Stable work history with demonstrated long-term career progression.

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Hybrid)
- Dress Code: Business casual
