Our client, an extremely well known, prestigious Non-Profit is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to joint the team on a temporary basis, with potential to convert Great culture with a family oriented environment.

 

Requirements:

  • A Min of 1+ years of Full Cycle Accounts payable and expense reporting experience

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to work on the full cycle processes associated with accounts payable function (check, ACH, & wires)
  • Processing accounts payable invoices
  • Matching and coding invoices
  • Creating and posting journal entries into the general ledger
  • AP reconciliations
  • Processing expense reports
  • ACH and wire transfer processing
  • Conducting check runs and cutting checks
  • Reviewing and preparing 1099's


Highly preferred :

  • Knowledge of Concur expense and Vendor management system strongly preferred
