US orders typically arrive within 1-6 business days, though this is not guaranteed.

Most orders will ship out within 3 business days of ordering. Orders placed after 12PST on a Friday may not ship out until the following Monday.

All carriers do not guaranteed delivery within their estimated time frame. We cannot change or alter your order or shipping information once the order leaves our warehouse. To make these changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order, or before 12PM PST.

Shipping time ranges and depends on destination. Once we're finished preparing your order, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped along with your tracking number.

Free standard shipping on domestic orders over $100 USD.

For all others, prices may vary according to shipping method and location. An estimate will be calculated at checkout.

 

SHIPPING ISSUES

Mika is not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen/damaged, nor are we responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse.

If your package is "missing" please contact USPS, DHL, UPS, or FEDEX

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping internationally can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks to arrive, though this is not guaranteed.

Customs charges and/or local taxes may apply in your chosen country. As these are determined by your specific country, Mika  is not responsible for these in any way and they will be at your expense. For further information please contact your local customs office and/or authorities in your country. 

Please note that if packages are refused upon delivery, the cost of having it returned is not covered by us and will be deducted from your refund. No original shipping costs are refundable.
